I have attended two course over the last month, Italian and vegetarian Indian. Both have been lovely and laid back with cooking as a group the way to go. Giuseppe is calm and has great tips and knowledge and its good to learn in small group. I would highly recommend this cookery school

Attended the Japanese cooking class and it was amazing. Giuseppe was a wonderful teacher and host. We learnt how to prepare and cook lots of Japanese dishes, all of which were delicious! We will definitely attend again.

An informative, informal, flexible evening full of useful advice, well organised instruction and delicious Moroccan dishes. Great venue. Well pitched teaching. Wide ranging discussion. Thank you very much.

I have been to a few courses with Giuseppe at the Olive Tree, it's always a great experience. Highly knowledgeable, friendly teacher and very hands-on; almost best of all, no washing up!! Have a lovely catalogue of recipes all of which have been delicious and are carefully planned to teach a number of replicable techniques.
