This place is a godsend! My partner and I got engaged a few months ago and let me pick out the ring myself. Rod and (I think her name was) Anne or Anna were so incredibly helpful, they walked me through everything and explained every little thing to me in detail. I had a picture in mind of what I wanted but with their help I left with something completely different and so much more incredible than I could of imagined. It was very overwhelming and they were so kind and calming. Absolutely wonderful people and amazing service, to say they need a raise is an understatement!

I cannot emphasise enough what a great experience I had with WHY jewellers. Rod helped me arrange a very special 40th birthday present for my sister, talking me through every step of the decision making process and going above and beyond providing great advice and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rod and the team, they are fantastic!

Disappointing - called in to get a charm added onto my daughters bracelet as a 21st birthday present - a 10 min job at most probably. Got turned away as allegedly too busy - amazing in this climate they can afford to turn down business
