Decoration Design

Russell completed the wall paper hanging to programme and cost, and to a very high standard to one very fussy customer. I have no hesitation in asking him back for more planned decoration work.

everything you want...turned up when he said he would, finished when he said he would, cleared up every day not just at end of the project, no surprise costs and most importantly the quality of the work was outstanding, far beyond expectations.
