        Artel was much better under Simon than Agilico they are rude and bad customer service. They do not attend to call back and takes days to revert. The manager they allocate you is useless. They dont provide extra toner on subscription, so if toner runs out, your business stops and having to wait for them to post another out. Anyone suggests another company??

        A fantastic business, who come and routinely service our machines monthly, making it entirely unnecessary for us to have needed to call them out to any problems to date! Very smart, presentable and friendly service technicians too.

        Incredibly narrow minded Sales manager in Nick Taylor. Smarmy character with a severe lack of people skills along with common courtesy & human decency. In terms of the price id advise that you all check stock in the channel for the best prices as they are extremely expensive in comparison to every other main competitor. AVOID unless you like wasting money for your business
