        The staff was disrespectful and being cheeky today. I came to buy breakfast the lady behind the counter was trying to be smart and cheeky with me so i asked for a full refund then she told the lady serving me to dont worry about him just leave him and serve the next person. She should be working and serving people at all especially with that stinking attitude. Would have given zero stars but i cant

        I must say customer service is a key to win back more customers. Not impressed at all on Friday evening with the lady on till as she instead of politely explaining that Greggs do not offer to microwave hot foods or pasties,she chose to put me down rather non-chalantly. No wonder that will put me off visiting this branch again.Sorry,customer service is essential to win them back without which whole experience is nothing short of forgetful.
