        They charge you additional money for sitting in and then give you take away coffee and not even put your food on a plate. Very poor service.

        It's Pret - it's exactly the same as all other Prets. Sandwiches are quite nice, seats are comfortable, staff are generally inept and the coffee is disgusting.
