Burrito joe

This has been my go to place of lunch, I have been buying lunch from Burrito Joe since November 2021, and go there at least 3 times a week. Food is tasty, amazing quality. I love their veggie rice box. They offer a loyalty card and give you the 10th Lunch free. (Recommend that!) However, in the last few weeks, I see they serving smaller portions than earlier. Now, one rice box is not sufficiently filling, buying two will be too much to finish. Why not increase the price and provide the same quantity as earlier? I now end up buying a soup elsewhere to compensate the portion.

UPDATE: Below you can read my original review. I had a quick response to it, in which they apologized for the inconvenience, and offered me a free burrito. I went back a couple days after, and the staff were very nice. We chatted a bit, and they gave me the free meal. It was delicious. The way they handled my complaint is 5star. Well done! Most basic I ever got. I can't have dairy so no cheese nor sour cream, I also can't have guac. I end up with rice, pulled-pork lettuce and beans, because I couldn't choose anything else. That's not a burrito...specially not for 8.50
