        2 photos were printed with clearly visible defects: one with distortions, and with the other the printer seems to have run out of ink half way through (customer service says that the issue might have occurred with the website/system rather than the printer). It was unfortunate that this was not spotted by the employees and a faulty order was received. However, after 3 months I have received a refund for the 2 photos.
