        I needed some patent shoes for my TUX and had ordered online but the size and fit did not feel right. I went into the Bow Lane store and was met by Marlon. He was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best fitting shoe. He gave me tips on how to wear them in and after care, an absolute gent. thanks Marlon.

        I went to the store primarily to window shop. However, the shop attendant Kevin Daniels was so charming, helpful and knowledgeable that the only reason I didn't walk out the shop with a pair of shoes was because the store didn't have my size. I have since bought a pair. If the quality of Loake's shoes is anything like their service, they will have a customer for life.
