We were forced to use Newberry by UKvisasolutions through no choice of our own...that's where problems began. Terrible communication, case handlers are worse than useless, continuously recorded incorrect information. Totally uninterested in improving their service or caring for their clients...just after your money upfront and then you are left hanging. Client letter was littered with inaccuracies despite us repeatedly giving over the correct information.....emails ignored for days, phone calls not returned. We decided to get out while we could, luckily before we submitted an application. We have since used another much better firm, but are still chasing a refund 5 WEEKS after ceasing our dealings with Newberry Legal. Avoid at all costs. 0/10

I'm very happy with both Alessia and Christina's guidance and support. My case was treated with respect and patience. The communication was very straightforward and smooth. I will recommend their service if anyone need support on immigration cases.
