This is my regular spot in the City for a blowdry. I find the atmosphere cosy and the staff is very welcoming. I always have the best head wash here, very relaxing (which is what I look for). Last time Jinina was superb!

AWFUL customer service. Do NOT book your haircuts here!!! Youd think with Toni & Guy branches closing left right and centre that this branch would make the effort to retain customers! The centra reservation call centre is completely shambolic and they can never actually get in touch with the salon directly so they just dont talk to each other. They text me a few hours before my appointment saying they would be charging me an extra 10 because my hair was long! Wow I have never been made to feel like an inconvenience to be honest. They wouldnt let me cancel the appointment without charging me because it was within 24 hours, even though they had changed the terms of the haircut a few hours in advance. I left very early this morning to get there for the 7.30am appointment and no one even opened the store till 7.40am and then proceeded to tell me that the central reservations team had cancelled my appointment. What a joke. I will be going back to my local hairdresser in the South East who know how to provide good customer service. Ombudsmen here we come. Bye Toni & Guy, you will soon cease to be a fixture on the high streets completely. Service: Hairstyling
