The consultations have always been thorough and the vaccinations painless. Although the vaccinations are expensive, Ive never felt ripped-off; quite the contrary - always good advice, well explained.

When I complained, I was given an appointment for 24 hours later at which I was advised I had to go to the NHS to be treated. Something I could have done 3 days earlier and with more than 150 in my pocket.
Amazingly poor service and potentially medically negligent if a more serious condition.

When I showed up, I rang the bell about 10 times, no one answered. I then phoned the head office number, they said they would phone the office to let me in, and I should stay put. 5 min passed, I kept belling, and still no one answered.
I phoned again and was offered a later appointment, which I only took because I actually needed to see a GP.
Terrible service, definitely a place to avoid.
