SCAM. If I could score less I would. This company is ruining my credit rating as I am unable to make a payment to them due to the website not allowing me to set up a payment for the 4th month in a row. Their website doesn't work and their contact number also doesn't work and an email and voicemail service that does not respond and love chat which again, you guessed it. Doesn't work. This company is a SCAM avoid at all costs. I've resorted to this method to get some kind of response which I feel is very unlikely. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

I used them once and initalli i had a problem using virtual card but once I changed my hotel it was working perfectly. So, overall I was happy as I had amazing luxury holiday with my family.

Absolute joke company. I have never had a credit card with them , yet they mark my credit report as a default every single month despite a respected credit reference agency TransUnion desperately trying to act on my behalf and remove this wrong monthly report. Joke joke joke scandalous company. Beware of them . Use them at your peril

Awfully company to contact with any sort of query. Im due a refund that I have been querying for a while now and just not been getting an answer. The 2-3 queries Ive had can all be settled by someone reading the full aspect of the emails Ive sent not part of them, or having a 2 minute phone call, which you cany call them. they took my debit card off their system and asked me to pay them directly in a strange email. Tried to contact and validate. Keep getting messages about being behind on my account despite them not contacting me. When I logged in it wouldnt show me the balance of my account either, I wasnt wanting to pay with it being a big suspect without knowing the balance remaining. To caveat, their partner company travel up has said I was due a refund, when I asked what account it was going to, it says to the account I paid from. I said I used fly now pay later, they said contact them for the details of the refund. I asked for their contact details and havent heard anything. i dont post many reviews, the purpose of this is to make people aware of the amount of hassle this is trying to contact them at all and trying to deal with any sort of change / refund. Unbelievable. My experience is very similar to quite a few other who have reviewed notably this one Very funny same story as other reviews can't get hold of them they couldn't take my last payment saying its my fault I went to my bank they said its not a fault at our end must be them.Trying to contact to pay and can't get hold of noone very awful company.Trying to get my refund a joke. Travel up have said I would receive my refund within 3-5 working days but that is before you take into account the fly now pay later nonsense, which Im going through. Ill be fair, its nearly very good, but it sends emails and communicates in a very poor manner, coupling with the deleting my card of the direct debit, asking me to pay direct debit and no one letting me know the remaining balance eroded any trust I would ordinarily have. I may have had some missed call from I think a London number but you cant call it back and no voicemail? This may or may not have been fly now pay later. This is me trying to defend them by saying they have tried to contact me, if it is, its a poor attempt.

My flight was cancelled last December. Since then I've been fighting tooth and nail to try and get my refund from this company. Despite being told I would have received my refund by now - over 3 months later! - that hasn't happened. What's worse is they ignore all emails. Their live chat team in the Phillipines close chats without answering. Their phone lines automatically hang up on you. All this, plus they're now threatening me with late payment fees unless I continue to pay for a cancelled flight that should have been refunded already. Avoid this company like the plague. *EDIT* In response to their reply below: thats not true. My flight provider gave them the refund months ago. This was all confirmed with FNPLs customer service agent Mary. Not only are they thieves, they are also liars.
