        Not used this Black Sheep before, although have visited several others many times in the past (a few years ago, admittedly!). Touch screen in-store ordering system not very friendly. The coffee, which I always remember as being being excellent, was very ordinary, bordering on bad. I'd popped in to grab a coffee and write for half an hour. In-store piped music was unnecessarily thunderous and unwelcoming for what looked like a quiet coffee place! Shouldn't therefore have been surprised that the branch was pretty empty of customers. Not a great coffee experience all round.
