    Terrible service! I tried to open an ISA account before the end of the tax year. Because of the late application the website suggested I don't send my documentation by post but go and do it in a branch. I did that, gave them the copies and they assured me that the account would be opened before the end of the tax year and that I will get an email with the login details. A month of waiting and chasing later (and now well into the following tax year and it turns out the branch still has my copies and never sent them. I instructed them to cancel my application but have lost a considerable amount of money by not being able to get my money into the account in time.

    Very disappointed with the service here. Waited in the queue to be advised the wrong thing. This wasted my time and energy and money going back and forth when your workers could be more trained. Instead of giving me a heads up through call or the app to tell me Ive been misinformed Ive had to chase them. The complaints team dealt with this situation very well. However, they couldve saved all the hassle by having the right information
