Spirit MG

What a fabulous customer experience from start to finish. We had gone to the Corby MG garage one Saturday and it was extremely busy so couldnt get a sales advisor. I contacted the garage and spoke to Stephen Hylton the following week and he organised for a test drive in the MG HS we were interested in. We woke up that test drive day and it was the one time we had snow this year and so I called to rearrange. It was no problem at all for Stephen and he kindly booked us in for the following Saturday. When we arrived at the garage, Stephen welcomed us and answered the questions we had about the car and had one waiting for us to test drive. Trust me a service like this from one individual is rare these days. So, we had a test drive, Stephen had tea waiting for mum when we returned (winner!) and we discussed numbers. Stephen did everything he could to help us process the paperwork and sort out what we needed from the moment we decided to purchase the car to the moment we drove home in it - super happy and super grateful for the courtesy, empathy and pure kindness Stephen showed to us as a family. This is what customer service is all about! Stephen, you are an asset to the company!
