No fault whatsoever. Staff friendly, even though its only a collection point, we were treated better than at some other garages. Had to wait a bit for the car as they took it for a quick wash after it had traveled from London, but it arrived clean and shiny. Got a replacement battery for our spare key onsite (which they didnt have to offer but it is that small nice gesture that makes all the difference). Thanks to the whole team!

Amazing customer service at Corby customer pick up centre. The man that dealt with us was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him. I can't remember his name but it was on Sunday 17th October in the afternoon. He was patient, friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend to others who have never bought a car this way before. The easiest process of buying a car my wife and I have ever been through.

Hmm where to stsrt - opening hours. Website states open till 6pm, after purchase you have to pick collection slot - again AM (8am-1pm) or PM (1pm-6pm). As my parter is a teacher working till 3:30pm - second slot works perfect, collection in 2 days. All paid, slot picked, we are waiting for call. During phone conversation we were told collection point is open till 4.30pm. Being 50miles away - hard to achieve after work. Collection moved to Saturday 10am. On arrival - airbag error on the car, car not valeted. We have received text message from Carzam about car being prepared for us at 10:03am after we've seen the car. Due to safety error we refused to take the car. They wouldn't give it away anyway - car has to be taken back to central in London to assess problem - no idea how long it would take I can't give zero stars. One star only for promise that refund will be processed today. Cancellation done during one call.
