couldnt recommend enough! bought a 98 plate Impreza from John & he was so open and honest throughout my whole experience. John rang me regularly to let me know how the service & MOT went before delivery. There was a slight problem with a minor leak which rather than a quick fix John made sure this was fixed properly despite this meaning Id need to wait a few extra days for my car. John and his team are one of the best out there if you want a 10/10 car, 10/10 professionalism with a 10/10 service Auto union is the place Ps I am in LOVE with my car, thanks so much guys!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! SCANDIA RENT/AUTOUNION AT ROVANiEMI AIRPORT. The man we dealt with called EU (he calls himself Leo in all correspondence) at Rovaniemi Airport was rude and very abrupt, we were supplied a vehicle with engine problems which had engine warning lights on the dashboard constantly. The vehicle was returned 1.5 hours before the cut off time with a full tank of fuel, we have a time and dated photo to prove this, EU at Scandia Rent deducted 74.44 from our credit card seven days after we returned the car stating the fuel tank was not full, the photo he supplied was taken 3.5 hours after we had returned the vehicle, although the photo displayed the time on the vehivle dashboard the photo itself was not dated or timed. The photo was showing the fuel tank 3/4 full. We know this was incorrect and had photographic evidence to prove it, we contacted EU at Scandia Rent and provided all our photos as evidence and he still insisted we were wrong. Eu met us when we returned the vehicle, he should have checked the fuel tank whilst we were present not 3.5 hours later, We arrived late to collect the car due to delays, so he even charged us an extra 100 to come out. The original car we had reserved had been rented out to somebody else, we believe the car Eu provided was possibly a personal car as it was not clean, it had mud and dog hairs in the back of the vehicle on the seats, he said it was the only vehicle he had. We booked via Carflexi, we chose AutoUnion as our car hire company, Scandia Rent provide cars on behalf of AutoUnion, so If you are travelling to Rovaniemi airport avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be scammed! Also I did not even sign the paperwork EU signed to agree to the T&Cs or for payments to be deducted from my card, I have photographic evidence to prove it, this company took unauthorised payments, without my consent!
