Massive staffing issue here if management was to look at the temperary accommodation ( that's right the unusable ones not fit to house a person). All that money could of went to permanent staff, I saw a review about damage to the buildings property yes that is a massive problem, see when you have an army of temperary workers that are mistreated and unfairly spoken to they tend to act out and brake stuff as they don't care because they are temperary they don't have the respect a permanent employee would show for there work place. You have exhausted your local workers that's why you have pondered to the Londoners Iforce is officially a dead warehouse and I have a running bet by 2028 iforce will be a deichman. Reach drivers why would I use my licences for 600 less than two other warehouses in corby that pay more for mon-fri days it makes no sense it's like your purposely punishing corby workers and act like everyone wants to work there and you have an infinite number of staff. This Christmas is going to slap logistics people in the face when there staff turnaround will be the lowest in 3 years. That's what you deserve I remember turning up for 2 weeks to be sent home only to have worked 3 days out of 2 weeks after attending for 6am to be sent home as not enough work. RIP IFORCE
