        Barbara. Whittaker Love going to the Friday 11.30 group. Even on days gain weight I always feel better when I leave. Occasionally meet up for coffee or a lunch with members. Only got a few lbs to go may not be an ideal weight but I will be at the weight I want to be. Stopped over at daughter for Christmas packed dresses now home and I need to get the sewing machine out dresses too big. I felt good
