the people were lovely, but let me walk out the door looking like i'd been dragged through a bush! stylist asked for a reference photo and clearly there was no point because it was barely followed at all, my hair does feel lovely to be fair and it has grown on me, but the feeling when i left was horrible :( can't express enough how lovely the people were and i understand there are bad days so i would come back, maybe it's my error for not being more vocal!

I recently had a treatment with suzi and she was fantastic! Talked me through every step and put me at ease. Incredibly pleased with the results too

Very lovely people working at totally Essex. Excellent service as well. Love how they ask if I want a cuppa or coffe when I come in. Very chatty and can have a laugh with them. Lovely and experienced nail lady as well. Deffo recommend :)))) !!!

AVOID! AVOID!! If I could, I wouldnt give a star at all!! So disappointed with the haircut. I showed the picture of the haircut I wanted, Yana ensured me, she will do as its on the picture I shown her and then she cut my hair so short that all I can do is cry!! Its nothing like I wanted I dont recommend at all!!!! And will never visit again
