        Took my watch in for battery change, they broke the pin and didnt test the watch to see if it was waterproof absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs

        Took my watch in to see Adam as I struggled trusting anyone with such an expensive watch. He changed battery for me and gave it a good clean. Customer service was top notch a nice chap.
