        AVOID AVOID AVOID! Sold me an item they didn't have in stock. Trish called me, when I asked to speak to the general manager (as I was continuosly told she didn't have the power to fix the problem) she said the manager "is not just a person, shes a general manager and therefore cannot talk to you" then hung up on me! Terrible service with a weird God complex. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

        Very unprofessional. sold me an item they didnt actually have. A colleague of mine spoke to someone named trish who ended up shouting at her. Disgusting behaviour, really disappointed.

        10pm on a Friday night. I left a message for someone to get back to me about stock and was blown away when a human replied. A local company to me run by local people. A business that can take time to focus on what's important, is what wins my business. I run a clothing brand and work for many others producing their merch, and to have someone there at the tap of a button, blew me away. Proves that the small details really do matter. Thank you!
