        Visited Chris at Team Rehab with injured foot and back and could barely walk after injuring myself running. After 3 sessions and excellent care and attention and am back to walking normally and understand how to ease back into exercise; Chris's advice was spot on every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Chris and the team at Team Rehab.

        Both myself and my son have been seen by different members of the team and have been listened to, supported and encouraged to do well. this has made a massive difference to my son and is continuing to do so for me. the team are amazing :)

        I damaged my knee walking part of the South West Coastal Path. The cause was quickly identified as my slightly arthritic hip. A few exercises over a fortnight and advice on sleeping made massive improvements. The knee is now pain free and the hip much more comfortable. Now planning my next walk!
