I recently visited this pharmacy and was absolutely shocked by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The entire store was dirty, cluttered and it was clear that the place had not been cleaned in a long time. The floor have rubbish and dirt, with stains and spills. The desks and shelves have dust, writings and grime. To make matters worse, the staff expected customers to talk to them through a dirty plastic screen that looked like it had never been cleaned. It was extremely unhygienic and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this pharmacy. It was clear that the staff did not take pride in the appearance of the store, and that basic hygiene standards were not being met. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, and I will definitely not be returning. It's important for pharmacies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, especially during a time when health and safety are of utmost importance.

I called to speak to the pharmacist about some advice on alternative medication, the pharmacist Raj was so polite, kind and caring, listened to my concerns and even did some research for me to ensure I had the right information, I can't thank Raj enough for his time, patience and dedication to putting patients first, thank you!
