        Switched prescriptions from Boots Lakeside to here after too many issues. Never had one problem. Always ready. Always correct. Staff are great, polite and helpful. Thankyou.

        Not enough staff and don't know what they are doing. Won't answer the phone. Waited in the queue 25 minutes to be served and further 20 minutes for them to find our prescriptions.
