Id had a back problem for several months which had got progressively worse to the point where walking and standing still were really painful. I had 3 sessions with Charlotte, over about 6 weeks, as well as being given exercises to do and I am pleased to say that my back is now fully recovered. I never thought it could be sorted so quickly!

The daughter of an osteopath, I have had various problems fixed over the years and will always shout from the rooftops about the benefits of osteopathy. However force of circumstance meant I needed to find a local osteopath earlier this year, Id slipped a disc last summer and then been involved in a major car accident which had made the existing injury worse. Lee was recommended by one of my clients and his care and treatment has been absolutely brilliant and over the last 8 months hes got me from just about walking 500m on a flat surface to longer mountain walks on steep inclines and uneven surface pain free meaning I can get back to doing what I really love. Lee has really listened to my concerns and every appointment Ive seen progress. Weve moved away from Corby now but Ill be back in the midlands for work quite regularly and I intend on keeping up my maintenance appointments with Lee when Im back in the area. Thanks Lee, youre a legend!

I couldn't even pick up 4KGs with my left arm or look up without severe pain in my neck when I first saw Charlotte, I was very concerned. Even after the first session I felt so much better and after roughly 6 weeks and 4 sessions I'm back to normal. If you have any issues with movement or pain you have to get an appointment. I will and already have recommended.

I have used Rockingham Forest Wellbeing a couple of times now. Firstly for a back issue where I was treated by Lee and most recently by Charlotte for an issue with my ankle. Both times the treatment was excellent, personalised to my circumstances and not just a plan that suits all. The pricing is clear with no hidden charges. The clinic has ample parking and also offers a lot more services than I first realised. All the staff are so friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would always go there for any issues that they provide services for. Keep up the great work.
