Stay clear if want to speak to an actual human being and dont want your time completely wasted! We spent hours providing documents that they requested and sometimes they even requested the exact same documents on serval occasions! When I emailed the lady that was dealing with our application (Joanne Goatcher) she completely dismissed my email and continued to ask for more documentation! (extremely rude and unhelpful). I then decided to ring her to see if I could get my questions answered this way instead, I called on 3 occasions with no answer so left a voicemail with my name and number and requested a call back. I never got this call back! I have since rang the housing development where the property is being built myself with some questions to find out that there is in fact no 2 or 3 bed houses available under shared ownership at this development. So not only have we had our time completely wasted we have had next to no communication and the communication we did receive they didnt seem to really have a clue. If we have to go through a broker again we certainly wont be using TMP!

Avoid at all costs, this company is playing tricks to force all the buyers to use them as mortgage broker by holding off the applications.

Amazing experience with The Mortgage People, Paul and Jo were so helpful and secured us the mortgage we needed. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, I would highly recommend them as a mortgage broker to anyone, especially first time buyers like us who had no idea what we were doing! :)

TMP The Mortgage People, were fantastic from the get go. Our Case Manager and Mortgage Advisor working with us to get our Mortgage were fantastic, they both are a credit to thier company, they were so reassuring as this was our very first time in applying for a mortgage. They helped us get onto the property ladder. we can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend.
