        we arrived at 3:45 to lay the flowers from my fathers funeral on my brothers grave, we checked opening times and it stated 5pm, at 4pm some chap in orange hi vis gear told us he was about to lock the gates, my daughter travelled over from market harborough a few days earlier and found the gates locked at 4pm, can you either amend the opening times or instruct the workers on what time to lock up.

        When you order and pay they promise that if you have any problems with the headstone they will fix it within 2 years free of charge. When you have a problem with the headstone the first time they sort it out BUT second time they make an exuse up to why the headstonext is sinking. So then when asked if they are sorting the headstone they claim they are "too busy" to keep sorting it but quick enough to take our money. I'd you look around the cemetery the majority the headstones ( not saying they all belong to you) are tipping and they don't have top soil on. Overall not happy with the comany and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a headstone for there loved one. Very disappointed.
