Cannot recommend James highly enough! Incredibly knowledgeable, clearly explains exactly what is causing problems and is experienced at offering you a tailor made plan and precisely what is required to recover as quickly as possible. I went to my first appointment unable to weight bare, feeling very very down, half expecting to be told I should give up on my bucket list dream of running a marathon in 2 months time and doubting I was going to be able to do it - but with James' expertise, completing the London Marathon in a few weeks is looking achievable! I highly recommend James. He went above and beyond to help me with my shoulder pain. He was very clear in explaining what was happening to my shoulder and the best way to overcome the pain. He, also, gave me advice with exercises and weight lifting. Thanks James for all yor help!!!

Can not thanks James enough for all that he did for me. Thinking I may need a hip replacement due to osteoarthritis, only to be told I needed to strengthen my muscles. A few simple exercises every other day and all issues resolved. Thank you James
