        We purchased our new build house from Grace homes 4 years ago . All new builds come with some early snagging issues , but as the site team were so professional we only had a couple of minor ones that were dealt with promptly . Id like to congratulate the customer service team at Grace homes , particularly Jenny and Dion and our original site manager Paul , for all of their help in the first few months and all the continued advice . They really do go above and beyond and are the most pleasant part of dealing with a smaller , local , independent house building company .
