Initially sceptical, I was totally impressed by this product. No condensation, great noise reduction and no drafts! Outstanding customer service- thanks Anne! Would recommend without hesitation.

I can heartily recommend Ecoease if you're looking for a good quality and good value way of adding secondary glazing to your home. We live in a conservation area in an older property and our windows are not all standard sizes. The glazing is very discreet and looks the part. The house is warmer and there is no condensation!

I bought one panel to go over the window of my back door as it is single glazed and gives off a lot of cold in the winter. The panel came the perfect size and is really easy to fit. I can already notice the difference in the evenings when it gets cooler. I have ordered another for my front door.

We needed to find a way of improving insulation and reducing condensation on our single-glazed windows (we live in a listed building so upgrading the windows wasn't an option). Using Ecoease glazing looked like a cost effective solution, so we ordered panes for just two windows so start with. We were impressed, so we went ahead and bought Ecoease glazing for several more single glazed windows, and we're really pleased with the result - we can actually see out of the windows on cold mornings, the house is warmer and we have improved the sound insulation! Secondary glazing obviously isn't as smart as a double-glazed window, but given the price we're pleased with its apperance. We're now going to order a final batch of Ecoease glazing o finsh off all of our single-glazed windows. The only caution we would raise is that it can be tricky to fit the panel in around clunky handles and fittings on old windows. In two cases we had to customise how the pane attached to the window, which left some gaps in the adhesive steel tape that the glazing attaches to. In these cases condensation did still occur on the main window - though this is not the fault of Ecoease. This moisture led to the rest of the adhesive steel tape becoming detached and rusting, so it needed replacing after a year. Fortunately it is straightforward to order replacement steel tape from DIY stores online, so we fixed this easily. Ecoease sell most of the individual parts to their glazing (as part of the DIY service) but it would be useful if they could also sell the white steel tape as a spare part.

I have recently purchased my secondary glazing from Ecoease, after not knowing how to measure up the customer service was more than helpful and patient with me. I now have the glazing in place, it fits perfect and the product has worked better than i expected the condensation has completely gone and what i didn't expect was the massive improvement in noise reduction from the traffic outside. Thank you very much to all the staff
