        The best customer service I have ever received in my life. A gentleman named Neil ( the manager director) helped me from the beginning, with my small queries right to the end when my mother was quite ill and the oximter I had bought wasn't able to read properly as my mothers oxygen levels were just too low. Neil insisted he wanted to, free of charge, send out with next morning delievry one of the best small oximeters they have, that may help solve the problem I had. And I quote his words " Its not all about the money here, we really care" Thank you so much for all your help. Truely, the best service one can except to receive.
