My business has had a partnership with MDS that started sometime in 2022. I also have their 18L autoclave which is a fantastic piece of kit. MDS are a small, close knit family run business and the kind you like to deal with. The staff all seem to have so much time for their customers and provide valuable education of their machines, services and autoclaving itself. A company that's not too big for its boots, happy to be the size that it is to keep standards and customer service high. A real credit to themselves.

Annual Autoclave Service from this fabulous company. The attention to detail is second to none. It's a legal requirement to annually service pressurised systems and anyway I cannot do without this essential piece of equipment. Given a clean bill of health by the excellent engineer Will. Frankly, fabulous. We've had issues with our last autoclave supplier for a LONG time, finally bit the bullet and went elsewhere. Found these guys online and honestly from start to finish, they've been a DREAM. Fast efficient responses both an email, and the phone. Easy and pleasant to deal with. Collection of our selected clave was extremely easy, helpful and informative, honestly, best service we've received in a long time, would give more stars if I could.

Picked up our new autoclave today, very happy with the service, real friendly people, every member of staff I spoke to was very nice and chatty. A huge thanks to the gentleman who I was chatting to who gave me the rundown on the unit and showed a great knowledge of all components. Genuinely, really very pleased with my first impressions

Just had Dave and Co. deliver, install and demonstrate my new autoclave. Really thrilled it looks good and is all singing, all dancing.... Can't wait to use it. think I really should get out more Thanks to you all.
