Ordered in there factory office windows, make a payment immediately , before order said will be ready 5-7 days, after said will be ready after 2 weeks. Before day delivery come to them to confirm to be sure what delivery will be on that day because our builder who ordered from them said what got a problem with his order, they forgot about his order, and he waiting more 2 weeks , what happened with us, they said what our order we not confirm by email , (their email was in a spam) and they dont care not contacted me just took money and thats it. But we place order face to face and pay immediately. They made order later and delivery to me without confirmation, just left in my garden, without pack without nothing, Door and windows all in a scratches and dents, the film is torn off, all in a dust, looks like second hand and was in recycling , dust hard to remove. We paid extra for oak color outside, scratches and dents and poor quality so much visible on this cover. When made a photo and posted to the office, they said what this not a problem and just need to wash( I ordered new and must to clean this windows and repair self) Frame inside on door all with deep dents and scratches, office said what they didnt t saw problem on this. They offered to me collect this windows for repair in a factory, they said what no refund only repair. Customer service awful , no respect at all and dont care about customers, they know what they selling poor quality and this was not new for t them. So sad what not checked feedbacks about them before ordered. I think this is local company and dont have any problem with my order, now I see, not back to them and not recommend to others. If you want problem and not respected to you and everyone will tell you what all good this is problem with you. Add some photo, but on the photo not possible show all real situation. Glass on this door with big defect .

I called for some information on a job Quantum did several years ago. They were very helpful, quick and efficient and got all the info over to me by return. I deal with a lot of suppliers and this kind of customer care does mark out a decent company.
