Fitting a WG1200 wind generator. Found that the side stays were way to short. I contacted Marlec for help and advice and received none. They are not interested in any problems whatso ever. Would never buy from this company again.

A breath of fresh air to deal with this company who handled my repair problem with speed and diligence and communicated at all stages. Their Customer Services Administrator alone deserves five stars.

Janine as been incredibly helpful at getting my iboost repaired free of charge as I had a slight accident with it and had to return to Marlec . By 1-30 pm today 6th of February I had a full tank of hot water great piece of kit.

Janine was really patient and helpful. When exchanges of emails did resolve the matter she followed up by telephone. Very good customer service.
