While Terry is friendly and offers advice and support, we are unhappy with the finish we were left with. We had several rooms and ceilings reskimmed having stripped back wallpaper and skirting board to try to get a perfect finish. In places work is good but it is very inconsistent; around windows, bottoms of walls (which we are struggling to skirt because the finish is rugged and not straight), around sockets and there are some marks in the wall where pressure with tools has been too great. Terry offers to fix work that customers are unhappy with but it should be done right first time. We called him back a few times to correct a few bits but more mess was being made and the quality of the finish after a patch up was not as good as it should have been if done first time. There are more bits to correct but we lost interest.
