I'm enrolled in a CMI level 5 leadership & management course, currently about half way through the course. The guys in Gateway HR are doing their very best to make the training sessions enjoyable while ensuring some really good knowledge and information is passed on to us. I'm pleased to say the emphasis is not on preparing us to pass the assignments, the focus is on the actual learning and developing. The training sessions are interactive and filled with valuable content thanks to the great tutors/trainers Graham, Sally, Linda and Emma. Also the support from other people from Gateway like Ashleigh and Theresa is really good. I would recommend Gateway HR Corby to anyone wanting to invest in themselves through learning. :)

Since starting my leadership course with Gateway it is clear they want you to succeed. Every single person involved with the courses is highly intelligent, engaging and understands what it takes to do adult education whilst you are working. I have enjoyed the lively debate and listening to people who have life experience such as Graham and the guidance to learning that has been given. I recommend this company to provide the training any business requires!

I've been undertaking my CMI level 5 with Gateway HR and A) I couldn't recommend them enough. And B) they have facilitated an incredible learning environment. The resources and accessibility to help have been second to none with regular study sessions to go over anything you are having trouble with, from the assignments; to any issues with the academic side of formulating assignments. The team at Gateway HR love what they do and that's clear to see with their teaching and delivery in sessions and over the various additional support functions that they facilitate. I've certainly learned a lot through out the course and I can confidently say that I am a better manager as a result of the course and Gateway HR's support and teaching throughout.
