        Absolute terrible service woman (said she lived there) was nothing but rude towards us. Left the room key in the room when I went for a shower and had to go downstairs to get myself back into my room because the key was in the room and she said god i knew this would happen your only 5 minutes in. Then when we left to get food she had a go at me and my friends saying your not aloud to walk through the restaurant and you have to go out the other exit when she didnt even tell us about the other exit. Disgraceful.
