Had a week stay and was disappointed at some areas which need improvement. Firstly parking we were told to enter registration to register the car for the duration of our stay.. Car park spaces are limited to the hotel which we were not told about. We came back one night no spaces available and were told to park anywhere in the pub carpark which is close the the hotel as the hotel parking has nothing to do with the hotel they only ask you to put your registration so you don't get a ticket if a guest at hotel. Secondly the breakfast timings it's until 9am in the week and 10am at weekends. I feel its quiet early to stop breakfast but not only it's early but member of staff start clearing up already before this time. Breakfast choice very limited and not presented well. Example butter was cut in small slices and then kept under refrigerator which means it got all stuck together so when you try and take a slice it's quiet difficult to apart them. Also cheese it's block of cheese cut in small pieces again stuck together as it's placed under refrigerator. Only one sort of cheese slices which again were all dried out. No pots jogurts instead a tub of jogurt, it would be more hygienic if there were individual pots, no pots of jam or marmalade again a big jar with a spoon in it. Individual pots would be more practical and hygienic. I would suggest that there should be more of a variety with breakfast as choices were limited with almost same selection each day. Dining area definitely needs some improvement. . Rooms were clean, only things which I would like to mention is that there is no toilet brush in the toilet which is an essential to have in toilets. The housekeeping staff friendly and helpful but Rooms have AC and it felt very cold so had to to speak to a member of staff who was very helpful and offered us a radiator else don't know how we could have managed the week.
