Corby Community Hospital

My partners elderly 2nd cousin was sent there for a few weeks after a double hip replacement, and this week she was sent home. The rehab was not the problem, but the end of her care is another matter. She is 84 years of age, confused with no short term memory, and unable to look after herself. She required a care package, and the hospital appear to have convinced her to sign a form saying she did not need care. This is disgraceful and dishonest in a care industry. The driver dumped her back home on Friday morning of the 20th May, no doubt under instruction to provide no help or check to see she was safe and secure. If there was a 0 stars for this review, it would get it. Shocking!

To get emergency care, need to wait minimum 6 hrs . What a tragedy.
