        Rubbish! It's in WH Smith store and DHL customers are second class to WH Smith customers. Told me that I have to wait until the queue is non existent before they can accept my parcel. Like that will happen given the last minute Christmas rush. I've complained to DHL about the service WH Smith offered me, or lack of it would be more accurate. WH Smith prioritise WH Smith purchases. Told me that. Hopefully DHL will move their franchise to another retailer

        I'd better not...I have been trying to 'drop off' a parcel for four days. I've followed the instructions exactly ( parcel to Iraq) . The local service point won't take it (W H Smith). I have sent four contact forms but had no reply.

        Good when you find a member of staff who knows how this works but I don't expect to have to "come back tomorrow" because there is only one member of staff on his own and he has no clue. Poor.

        Very poor customer service. The staff was had no idea about how to operate DHL section of the shop. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience I had there. Next time I need to do DHL drop of I will go to else where.
