        I went to do my shopping today (as usual) around 9:40 this morning. A rude lady was on the till with dark brown straight hair. She didnt smile at all then I asked for a bag and she left the bag for me to put my shopping into the bag. Basically Ive had 0 points customer service and I decided to NOT say thanks as I dont see the point of saying thanks for a big NOTHING LOL. On my way out I heard her saying your welcome in a very rude way. When you want appreciation you have to do something about it, especially when youre working! Ive never had any issues with anyone else. This is the first time!!

        Shambles. Thought it might improve after changing from McColl's but no chance !! Avoid like the plague. Would go in for chewing gum & be so long to get served, you would celebrate a birthday & Christmas while waiting.

        Staff very unfriendly and they are constantly letting people in that aren't wearing masks. We counted 5different people. One of the employees told us that McColl's does not have a mask policy in place and the customers do not have to wear one.
