Brilliant experience with Syntec. From first coming to the site to view our requirements Martin and Phil have been great throughout. Phil Lockwood has been helpful throughout the migration, finding solutions to minimise the amount of disruption and solving any problems we have had immediately. Would highly recommend.

We have used Syntec for our support for several years. Response times are very quick and the team are very patient and friendly when dealing with our issues - they also check we are happy with the 'fix' before they sign off a support ticket.

Our business has used Syntec Systems for a number of years, and from personal experience, they offer a valuable service to bolster in house IT staff and also as an external entity, I cannot recommend Syntecs services highly enough the team is always available and their response times are impeccable. They offer a wide range of services that most in-house IT teams would not be able to provide and can help to provide technical knowledge for an existing or upcoming project. Again, I recommend them as a business and their service highly!
