We have had food from here for over a decade. Generally reliable quality of food. On Friday the 25th of November we phoned in an order for delivery. It was a good size order coming to over 50. When it was delivered it was in a box. On emptying the box we found curry sauce over a couple of other containers and a large pool of curry sauce on the bottom of the box. I phoned New Chois to complain about the mess they had delivered and about one of the meals being half empty due to very poor packing. The person who answered the phone told me that when the delivery person got back they would have them call me to sort it out. It is now,at time of writing, Tuesday 1st of December. I am still waiting for them to call back. In the intervening days I have called New Chois on two seperate occassions and asked to speak to the manager. I've been told each time that they weren't there. The lack of respect they are showing to a customer with a legitimate complaint,their food isn't cheap, is breathtaking. I am amazed in this current financial climate that they can afford to ignore and not engage with long-standing customers trying to communicate with them. I cannot recommend a take-away that will happily take your money but don't care,indeed actively ignore it's customers, if they dare to question if the service matches their prices. The simple solution now is we wont be using them again. We will go elsewhere, there is plenty of competition.
