Could not be more happy with the service provided by Jack (Aftersale Advisor). I am an older client and I am not very technology savvy. I was really struggling to get my phone to completely connect to my new Suzuki. This was no problem for Jack. He is a very personable gentleman and nothing was too much trouble. He found the time to come to my house out-of-hours to help me install my phone. Whilst he was here, he very kindly gave me a repeat tour of all the essential under-bonnet items such as the windscreen wash. I really appreciated him volunteering to do this especially when it was dark and cold outside! Thank you very much Jack.
