absolutely terrible service. passed a car through an MOT that shouldnt of passed. sold me the car knowing i would have children inside it that was very poor. instead of fixing problems they have turned lights off. needed new brake discs and pads within 4 weeks and said i had to go halfers ! very very poor service ! after buying the car a couple of mechanics around corby said they are notorious for this. very bad service.

Bought this car from Brooklands Quality Cars November 2021. Its a VW Golf GTD and this replaced an Audi A3. Cars are very similar in terms of there look at drive. My Audi was at the end of its life having drive it since 2005 and the repairs bill kept growing. Ive not had any issues with this car and have even upgraded the cars air intake system to enhance performance. Great all rounder! Kicking myself a little for not going for the GTI petrol version.

Have bought several cars from here over the years. I had always until this time found the guys here very helpful, giving honest information about their vehicles, until .....Damien sold me a Black picasso C4 ,last year 2018 AV58PZY. It spent more time from October to January19 with them than me ,having broken down more than 5 times. I am annoyed that I had advised them several times that there was a bad leak around the Turbo, and a bad oil leak onto the engine,it kept cutting out,but worst of all I choked every time from fumes coming into the car. I collected it yet again when i was assured all the problems had been rectified. However it still kept breaking down so they had it back the last time for almost 7 weeks until Christmas.I was lent their runaround vehicle during this time.I had the Citreon back 8 days and it broke down with electrical problems twice more. I called the RAC out and they advised me to return the car for total refund . The garage had put a large washer and bolt on the top of the turbo (I have photographs to prove it) There was a bad oil leak from there onto the engine still, and that there were still fumes entering into the car,so they recovered the car back to our house, because the garage would be closed before we could get it there some 60 miles away .The following morning, after the electrics had been reset,we set off to return the car. Guess what? It broke down again 7 miles from our home in Buckingham ,and some 50+miles from garage ,so we had to wait for a recovery vehicle again. In the meantime the electrics had shut down the cars handbrake in the lock on position, and had to wait for a lorry with strong power pack to free the handbrake before recovery. DO NOT BUY AV 58 PZY. . Yes I do have RAC paperwork and photos to prove it. Since puchased another vehicle from same garage.....great car ,but i do now fight shy of picasso C4s,especially that one
