My aim was to have clarity about my brand - which includes Coaching, Therapy, Mindfulness & Communication. Richard's enthusiasm, curiosity and questioning encouraged me to fully appreciate my diverse strengths and unique approach to setting up Theartofbeing. I worked with Richard for a few week to help with getting my business inshape to apply for a grant. In that short time he helped me turn a ruff idea I had been sitting on into a solid business plan. I spent 2 hours with Richard this week talking through plans for my newly launched business, and it was two hours well spent. Having never had coaching session like this before, I was unsure what to expect, but his down to earth nature quickly put me at ease. By the end of the session I felt even excited about the potential of my new business, empowered to succeed and I came away with the really helpful action points and things to consider. Thank you Richard. PS - and so nice to talk to a fellow Bournemouth University alumni and reminisce about the fun times we had back in the late 90's!

Today I met Richard and WoW what can I say. I wasn't sure how today meeting was going to go and if I would get anything out of it. Well, I got a lot more than I planned and Richard simplifies and explains things in a way that I understood. I definitely had a few light build moments. I am truly grateful for the time I spent with you this morning. It really as helped me see the wood for the trees!
