I go to Gregg's all over the country and this has to be the worst.....1030am no bacon or sausages nothing for breakfast .. sausage rolls and steak bakes were so cold tasted like they had been there ages ..and to top it off my cup of tea was given to me with a broken tea bag so I had tea leaves in my mouth ..not at all a nice experience..this needs to be sorted

Come here every week to get my O2 priority Coffee and for the last few months they have been unable to use the QR code from the app but apologised and give me the coffee without scanning, however. I arrived today to get a coffee with the code and was told the till wont accept the app and that I will have to pay ( no apology ). To which my response was I understand however this havent been a problem for months and its usually given to me, is it possible to speak to a supervisor. The lady (Courtney) turned round and said Im the supervisor here today, however this is not my normal branch and Im not in the mood to argue Which as you can imagine this was a complete shock as I had not spoke with any attitude or aggression and this was how I was being treated. Not only myself but also the person behind me was in shock and as I was walking out the kind gentleman offered to by my drink, which I thanked but declined, as it wasnt that I didnt have the money, it was the pure disrespect of which I received, I wanted to just get out of the situation. Now, I understand that all people can have bad days, but when you work in retail you dont push this onto you customers. SHOCKING
