Oak Door Stripping

I am concerned about this company called Oak Door Stripping. I've been dealing with them for the last 2 months while they have been stripping paint from 4 old pine doors. I live in Ipswich and wanted to use a local service but this company blatantly lied to me. They insist they have a workshop at Ipswich but they repeatedly refused to give me the address. (They have no site at Ipswich). They push hard for cash and it was only when I insisted no cash they produced a card machine. They did not want to provide any paperwork and again when I insisted I saw Ipswich on the receipt. Ipswich? I thought. They charge 30 basic paint strip rising up to 75 full strip, sand, wax service. I paid the top price but my doors came back in a terrible state. All 4 doors will have to be done again.

3 weeks now,still waiting.They just find new and new excuses, stopped answering the phone,went to the workshop location for my future,there were no such company.

Horrible service,my doors was ruined, they were all in crack's, can't fit anymore. Can't contact the office, won't pick up the phone!!!

Had three very old braced cottage doors stripped and cannot be happier with the result. Brilliant service from start to finish.
